Wish I lived near Toronto, 

There is a guy here in Rochester who was that way for me last year i was able to get 2 15/30's for 25 each that we used for a museum Jacobs ladder. He had a whole pile of little ones that he tried so hard to get me to take off his hands, apparently they cant use/sell them commercially because its now illegal, and they cant throw them away because of the tar thats in most of them. So they site there and rust until people like us give them a call.
