Hello Christopher,
                              Please don't take offense but you are asking 
an awlful lot for your dollar. As much as I might like to help you out my 
12/60 cost around 120 plus shipping. Hope this doesn't discourage you from 
shopping around tho. On the other hand MOT's are cheap to free and nearly 
indestructable . Granted it is a lot more work to series them up and or 
build a voltage doubler but if you could find a 12/60 NST for 70 plus 
shipping/handeling you would be doing very well in this day and age as far 
as my expierence goes.
