They make PVC flanges for all sizes of pipe. See here:

If that is too pricey for your budget, you might consider something more complicated. For instance, you could use some polycarbonate blocks and nylon hardware to build some gussets that anchor the coil to the platform.

Hello all,
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to anchor a 6" PVC pipe to a base.
Previously I have used toilet flanges for all my coils, but a 6" flange appears to not exist and I am at a loss for ideas.
