[TCML] Nuclear Option

I acquired  a  13.2 pole pig with an Edison Secondary (120/240 volt) .   
Running it backwards from a 208 circuit (derived from a 3 phase source), 
I measure 11,400 Volts.  Over current is a 2 pole 50 amp breaker.   (The 
inrush current trips a 20 amp breaker).

Is Tesla map accurate at these power levels?   Its states that at 100%,  
with the approximately sized secondary, it have a max arc length of 107 
feet.
