[TCML] NST Question

Dear All Members, 

merry Christmas and all the best, for every one of you, in the New Year! 

I've got an NST Nova Lite (15kV, 30mA). I do not know the internal build. If I connect the two HV terminals to 
the primary circuit, I get then 15 kV @ 0.03A. 
My question is, what would be the amperage if I connect only one HV terminal and the earth to get 7.5 kV? 
shall I get half of amps in this case or the output amperage stays 0.03A?
