[TCML] MMC problems

i recently tested my MMC and spark gap and it worked fine, but after i  
tried it a second time i had small sparks all along my resistors for  
two seconds before i shut it off and now i doesn't work at all. When i  
start the transformer initially i get a small spark across the middle  
resistor and then nothing.

Will you please help me?
