[TCML] Help with choosing a suitable capacitor

hello, I am trying to find the right capacitor for my NST. I have these three that i have found, but which one will be the most efficient and long lasting?
NST: 15kv 60ma 60hz   capacitance needed: 0.0106 uf

1. http://www.alliedelec.com/search/productdetail.aspx?SKU=8621300
(3,000vdc @ 0.1 uf)   ---i will buy 10 and put them in series making 30,000v @ 0.01uf

2. http://otelectronics.com/30kv-3000pf-high-voltage-polystyrene-capacitor-ham-audio
	3 of these in parallel to make 30kv @ 0.009uf
3. http://otelectronics.com/15kv-2200pf-high-voltage-ceramic-disc-capacitor-y5u
      18 of these in two parallel strings of 9 in series making 30kv @ 0.0099 uf
