[TCML] JavaTC tells all

I added 2 more turns to my primary as suggested by JavaTC...results are quite outstanding.  Doubled the streamer size.
I may be at the max of what I can do now with my static gap & toroid, etc, but I'm quite happy with the results.

Another thing I learned - just because your secondary arcs and leaves burn marks doesn't mean it's toast....though I'm going to try another secondary too, just because.
