I have some Simpson HV meters marked 0 to 1000v, #1327, but each one is just a MA meter and you add 2 meg HV resistor for each 1000Vdc you want to measure. Simpson even had the resistor set up in a external case, #183, but you could add your own as long as you have proper isolation.
