[TCML] Terry Filter

My 1st attempt at a Terry filter

Not quite sure how I can test this thing out of the complete primary circuit except by inspection.  I guess I will build my MMC, mount my NST + line filter, and then see what happens sans secondary?  I was thinking to set the safety gaps that way.  Is that sensible?
