Thank you Joe , I am setting up a 813 tube right now and the tube will be
feed thru a coil and V-cap that have to be floating above ground so I am
making a polycarbonate mount.

It came from Tap Plastics.  It just says "Acrylic Cement : Solvent type
bonding agent for optically clear joints"
It's got a yellow label and comes with a separate applicator bottle that has
a hypodermic sized needle at the end of it.
