[TCML] High voltage stage performers

The recent revelations about Henry Transtrom not being electrocuted on stage 
as commonly believed have left me wanting to know more about those old time 
high voltage stage performers. Does anyone know of any good books on the 
subject? There are innumerable books on Tesla (good, bad, and ridiculous) 
but I wonder if there any on stage electricians?
