Silver tarnishes. I doubt that it would make a huge difference in performance, even with skin effect. Skin depth in silver at 100 kHz is about 0.2mm, which is a LOT more than the typical plating thickness (0.5 micrometer, maybe 10 microns for a wear application like a switch contact)

Go for the gold.. stays shiny, looks cool, easily solderable. There's a reason that component leads are gold plated.
