[TCML] Cu tubing for primary

Personally I like tubing for the primaries for another reason -- it's
more useful for other things than is bare wire when you are done with it
as a primary.  Make sure you use lead-free solder or cut off any soldered
portions as appropriate if you do end up repurposing.

I repurposed a 3/8" primary as a wort chiller.  Works great.
