It's really amazing how small Alex's extra coil is for a system that puts out 10 foot sparks! It looks like the same one shown in "The Tesla Coil Builders Guide to the Colorado Springs Notes" on page 131 which is 2.25" in diameter , 12.5 inches long and wound with 30 gauge wire. Thanks for posting this Dave. I haven't heard much on magnifiers in a while.
