Andrew,Check the TCML archives at Pupman.com. This topic has been discussed at length in the past.
Long story short, they don't work very well. MWO caps are designed for 60 (or 50) Hz operation. Their dielectric is too lossy at the 50-200 KHz operating frequency of typical coils.
Too bad they don't work well. Most of us coilers have lots of them stashed away.
