[TCML] Latest TC results, and one strange one....

Two things - first is the latest results of my ever-modifying TC.   Second thing is a mystery spark I'd ask you all to take a peak at and see what it could be?  

Firsy, here is the latest TC with an 18 inch toroid, fit nicely over an inverted metal deep bowl, and that on top of another/identical bowl, as seen here.  Running at between 11.5 and 11.75 turns of the primary.  Power supply is 12kV 60mA through terry filter, and secondary is a 4" x 18" with about 1020 turns of 25 awg.   Vacuum quentioned copper tube gap with 4 series by 2 parallel.  Longest streamers are 30" sometimes 35" streamers.

Now to the second thing.   Below is a video, and a series of snapshots come from it, where a strike to the rail, also brings down this weird electric(?) artifact seen to come down from way above the toroid, hang from the toroid, then goes back up, during the rail strike.    See
 below.

To show it is electric, and not just a camera anomoly, I also saw a single frame in a seperate video where an identical looking trail leads from the toroid to the leader that strikes the ground rail. See below.

Very interested to know what this phenomenon is???
