[TCML] PFC reflection back to current control.

Hello All,

I am finishing up my HV cabinet. I have a 14400/240@5KVA GE Potential
Transformer. It can be tapped up to 107% output voltage. My control cabinet
has 1256D variac voltage control and a fair sized satuarble reactor for
current control. I am able to drive 0-280V@0-45amps (12,600VA) through the
reactor into a near short without it even getting warm.

I have some high quality PFC caps that calc out to about 250uf for the
transformer PFC. Here's the question: What is the reflected back effect on
the reactor? I haven't played with +-J in a long time! Mostly it is -Xc +Xl
as there is little resistance involved. Clearly this is also a factor with
other inductive current control solutions. Maybe I should just leave them
out? Comments welcome.
