Since it's an easy calculation.. 7 km/sec orbital velocity, 0.3kg, energy is 49E6*0.3/2 = 7.3 MegaJoules (of course, you'd need to have a vacuum in which to accelerate your soda can)

1.5uF @ 100kV is only 7.5 kJ.. you'd need at least a 1000 of them.
