When I need HV oil I go to the local power company maintenance shop and ask to buy some.  I bring along some new clean 5 gallon gas containers from Wal Mart to get the oil in.  They charged me $4 per gallon list time I bought HV oil.  

I learned not to go to the main office they alway tell me, we do not sell oil.
