Yes, okay I've got it at last.  With the same components
as Terry I get exactly the same result at 95kHz and 100kHz.

Phew, we got there.

Are you running at 100kHz?

How much timing error can be tolerated on the ZCS?  For eg,
if it was 50nS early or late, would that be noticeable?
