Paul,

The current transformer is 50 turns on a N30 core, having 5.4uH/turn^2
This current transformer is terminated into 0.5ohm, to form a 0.01V/A 
transformer.
With a 1uH inductor in series with the burden resistor, the leading 
signal arises.
