Typically left to right with mounting surface down (away from you)

Gate -- Drain -- Source

This is industry standard pinout for TO220 and TO247 devices.
Also for IGBT's, nominal pinouts are

Gate -- Collector -- Emitter

VERIFY pinout by checking part with OEM's datasheets, but
above will cover 90-95% of devices on market.
