Speaking of pole pigs, I have two power factor correction capacitors for
sale. They are rated at 7200 volts, 200KVAR. Constructed by GE. I am asking

With a dual HV bushing pole pig, can one HV leg be tied to ground?  Are the
HV windings completely arbitrary/isolated from the LV side?
