Well, assuming xxxx = 12470, then yes, they're the same :-)  Generally, you just toss out the "Y" voltage and pay attention to the rest.

However, if there is no "Y" voltage present, and the transformer is two-bushing, be aware that this may suggest that the transformer's insulation is not meant to support a grounded "Y" (one HV lead grounded) config.  If you plan to ground one lead as many folks do with two-bushing units, this distinction is worth paying attention to.  As voltage increases above 14400V, the likelihood of a two-bushing unit being "dela-only" seems to increase rapidly.
