Keep looking, someone was selling NOS on ebay not too long ago. If neon
shops have them in stock they need to off them since they are not now legal
as the new ones are GFI by law. I have (2) 15/60 in parallel.

Search for neon shops and contact them.

BTW .015uf is good for a 15/60, I ran .03uf with 15/120
