Re: [TCML] PVC insulated wire



I once wound a 4"x24" secondary with stranded, vinyl-insulated 22AWG hookup wire.  The turns count was too low, and the res frequency too high--but it worked pretty well.  On the plus side, PVC insulation looks great painted with clear spar varnish.  Looks glossy, like glass.
