Re: [TCML] New Double Toroid idea works!

DC, all,

Sounds to me like the "idiot" got just what he deserved.
A person's life is an awfully high price to pay for a few dol-
lar$ worth of copper. I used to not worry too much about
just anybody seeing all of my high voltage transformers and
such sitting in my garage as I figured the obvious menacing
appearance of pole pigs plus the "danger: high voltage signs",
along with the general "mad scientist's lab" appearance of my
garage would tend to scare away the average joe with any
thoughts of making easy money from pilfered copper. Appa-
rently, with the current inflated cost of copper, the obvious
high voltage hazard is no longer as an effective deterrent to
the thievery of copper as it once was, though! Keep your gear
locked up and out of sight for both safety and SECURITY!

"Never mind the .357 magnum, watch out for the energized
pole pig"
