Hi Mike,

Although I don't have a wire guage turns per inch table in front
of me at this time, I'd guess something like 24 to 26 guage wire on
a 4" diamter secondary form should work just fine for your trans-
former's size. As a rule of thumd, the aspect ratio (length vs dia-
meter) should generally fall between 4 and 5 to 1, so a 4" diameter
secondary coil that is 16" to 20" long should work fine. And 
generally around 1000 turns is what's desired. So just figure
out what wire guage will near the 1000 turn mark within the
16" to 20" long range and that should be the wire guage that 
you should wrap your secondary form in.
