[TCML] RF GROUND EXPERIMENTS

Jim succested the Counterpoise groud solution,
if a "convential" HF earth is not in reach.

My questions:

Is this wire carpet to be layd on the floor direct under the coil?
(coil system standing on this wire carpet?)

Is Wire carpet conected to secondary bottom,
NST case and to wall plug ground?

Is this solution also OK, if applyed, say in third floor of a building -?

If floor is not concreet, but wood? (a Swiss alp cottage...)
