    The voltage seen by each cap is inversely  proportional to the 
capacitance of each unit. You can calculate the reactance of  each cap as 
Xc=1/(2pi*f*C), then calculate the drop across each as if the Xc's  were series resistors. 
If your caps are of equal capacitance, the small  ones WILL blow.
