[TCML] Capacitors Decision (Need your help FAST!)

Hello, everyone,

I was wondering which set of capacitors was a better deal, and I need to know before 3:30 (Oregon Time) (within a half an hour).

My two options are -

I'm looking for a capacitor (MMC) that is between 13nF and 18nF; the power supply is 10kV at 46mA.
