Hey John...Looking at what you have planned, the voltage of the second string ( 12KV) will most likely not last too long at all. To achieve a cap system rated for acceptable usage ( voltage paeks) and at the desired uF, 3 strings of 11 caps will be needed...
do a Google for " JAVATC" and look at the top of the page for JAVAMMC calculator.
