[TCML] receptacle tester - good one??

A while ago, someone had mentioned a good AC receptacle tester to check for reverse polarity and missing grounds.  Does anyone remember which brand it was?

I know anyone can buy a cheap one at the local hardware store for 5 to 10 dollars, but they can give false readings.
