Phillip,
Just to clarify do you mean (black-orange-red),(white), (green-brown)? Is
the orange/red just either or? This is useful information to retain if you
are interrupted correctly. It is odd that Transco has changed to asphalt;
they are usually potted in epoxy. Please clarify for the archives.

I've de-GFI-ed France and Transco NSTs. The process was quite easy on both
of them. Open the case of your NST have a look. There should be three
wires coming out of the asphalt potting material. One black/orange/red, one
white, and one green/brown. These represent the line neutral and ground
wires respectively. Just bypass the GFI module and hook the power directly
to those wires.
