I took the transformer voltage measurement at the pins of the tube. It is 10V on the money with the tube in place and lit. The new secondary is 10 turns of 12 gauge THHN.
* I notice I had made a typo in my last message. The MOT spec I mentioned should have read 1200W, not 1200V.
