store any good for a MMC or are they  crap?

How much are they asking for them? This item on Ebay seems similar:  
Item number: 200156647763   6800pF 4,000V 4KV PETP HV capacitors. 45pc box. 
for $8.95 + S&H of  $6.00
At $0.20 each ($0.33 incl. S&H)  one could buy a  box on line and blow them 
up in testing with little financial loss.
