Of course, it's double  counting.  What conservation law are you referring
to?  Please  state the law as you know it.

Do you have any experimental evidence to  support your conclusion about equal
amounts of energy in the outside  magnetic field and also contained in the
conductor?  Even your cobbled  together equations don't support your  claim.

How  can you say that the equations are hobbled together when they are
entirely  comprised of Maxwell's equations, and yield the correct solutions?

Do  you think that the magnetic field arises from no particular source?

Now  you can defend your claims and provide evidence. I am going to examine
your  work very closely.
