It is possible that your ISP is caching some files on their servers, and
that's what you are getting.  If, for some reason, the new files that
replaced the old ones have the same date and time stamps on them as the
old files, then the cached files will not necessarily be refreshed when
you call for them.  I would be surprised, though, if that was what is
happening.
