Hi Matthew,

I use Terry's original schematic which includes the Digikey part numbers
as well as quantities for a given NST size.

The layout is of course up to you, but I recommend not cramping too
tightly as arc-overs can occur between connections. It's a good idea to
divide the circuit up into two halves on separate pc boards. Note it
shows a safety gap 1 and 2. You can of course keep the common terminal
(rf ground) as one terminal and have the other two terminals spaced
adequately to each side.

There's not a lot to it and it's pretty easy to build. Just buy a couple
pc boards to handle the components. I mounted the caps, MOV's, and small
resistors to a pc board and inserted it into a plastic box. I mounted
the 2 large resistors and safety gap on top of the box lid. What is
mostly important is spacing between attachments from board to lid and
whatever brass screws you decide to use for NST, Ground, etc..
connections. Just think "high voltage" when building it. When you see
opposite potentials mechanically near one another, increase the spacing
as necessary. This is really the most important tip for Terry filters.

Take care,
Bart
