Subject: Giant HV Lab in Movie - Anyone Identify????

Was watching the four installment of the Highlander series,
Highlander:Final Dimension, which was a pretty piss poor movie
in my opinion, but there were a lot of scenes shot inside a very large
high voltage research facility. 
Anyone have an idea of where this was shot?
