I take it that the first table column is Frequency?
50 MHhz thru 24 MHz?
Or am i rong?

You're correct about the column being frequency but misinterpreted the frequency. 5000 kHz is only 5 MHz so range is from 5 MHz to 2.4 MHz. The lower frequency limit was set by the maximum size of the variable capacitor in the Q meter. While it's possible to add external capacitors to extend the frequency range I didn't have any of low enough loss to make the measurement meaningful.
