Well for one thing ignition coils don't offer much power to begin with so
even a perfectly built and tuned coil won't give very impressive streamers.
Secondly 10uf is wayyyyyy to big of a cap. Thirdly if its only rated for
120V, then its fried. Go to
http://www.classictesla.com/java/javatc.htmland use the program there
for an idea of what the parameters of your coil
should be.
