Ha Ha, Yes such a theft protection system would be extremely effective
though very illegal in the US!
I am in the process of replacing the large military fenders on the trailer
and the split rim axle. After that, I will hoist the genset, caps, radar,
1256d variacs, and 5KVA PT transformer up there and shoot a few digitals. I
don't have a digital SLR but will acquire one in time. I'll can set up a
site on my ISP when things are more together. The coil forms and bases will
ride in the back of my pickup tow vehicle.
Thanks,
Jim Mora

Sounds massive, Jim.
Might I suggest you spend some of your energies into getting a decent SLR
camera that can take manual exposures to record this stuff on a website (do
you have one?) with construction pics etc. Your audience will be many times
larger than you could reach physically.
Perhaps a self powered "Tesla trailer theft protection" might be a nice
shot.
Cheers
