This is what it reads:
"Colorado Springs Notes 22, July 1899
Wound new "Extra Coil" this afternoon, ran into some difficulty. Home Depot was out of 6in. Darin Pipe, Had to go to Lowes.
1000 Turns of No. 18 PVC Coated Soild Hookup wire.
Must Get Torroid from Bill Wysock in Mon(r or s)uia.
Still Debating to use salt water caps or MMC.
Burned out the latest wound of the transformer.
Should have used terry filter. Must check ebay for some variacs.
Still dont know what to use for a spark gap? I think ill go with
the copper pipe fittings...

Now...LOL..That message whatever it means makes no sense, Bill Wysock was not around in 1899 and neither was Terry Fritz. There was No Lowes back then. There might of been Home Depot?
Tesla would of been much more accurate. Nice try whoever wrote it...

Haven't read all of the replies yet so sure someone else has already said the same thing. Looks like a clever practical joke and a lot of guys seem to have bit!
