Subject: cap size vs BPS

Greetings everyone,
     Okay, the optimum cap size for coil X, using a 120 BPS sync gap, is Y.  
So, if one decides to use 240 BPS sync, does the optimum cap size then 
switch to .5Y?  Just curious.
