I was just speaking about my industry, which is water
and wastewater treatment and pumping. Whenever large
motors and loads are used, you'll generally see larger
voltages like 480 or 4,160. What I call large, 2,500
hp, someone else will no doubt call wimpy, as there
are all kinds of industries. 208/120 may be fairly
common in light industrial or commercial, where you
mainly have lights and may need 120.

Actually, I didn't pay attention to the subject, which
is PT's. All of our PT's are either 60 or 120 volts
LV. That's not to say that there aren't wierd ones out
there, I've just never come across one. If yours is
for a laser, it's not likely to be a PT.
