The toroid is simple connected to the motor with a croc clip. The 
battery and wires are in a space between toroid and rod and should 
not have any corona in that sheltered location.
I have LOTS of ideas to do this bigger and better or with interesting 
variations.  Some might look a whole lot more impressive.
