Re: FROM HAL - Starfish Spinner

Hi Ed,
I still haven't tuned my new series sucker gap. I am confident that
the spinner will rotate a bit fast when I get back to the white hot
streamers that my coil used to emit with my old sucker gap.
My next coil project will be to construct a Terry Blake style
asynchronous rotary gap. That may improve my coil's emissions a bit as well.
I did a show for family member's night before last and the spinner was a hit.
If anyone is interested in building my spinner, I could post the
geometry for it.
Cordially, Hal in Tucson

Very impressive again! I suspect that speed may give you about
the most interesting visual effects.
