The 135 mpg is a lie by omission (ask off list if you want an explanation).
And the 1 cent per mile is just a plain lie.  Don't worry about the
asterisk.  It is typical lying advertising.   And is there something to do
with tesla (like what happens on this list) other than the word in the url?
I couldn't be bothered after the lies to find out for myself.
